Low-cost flights to Malta have led to an increase in tourism throughout 2006 and 2007. Experts see this as continuing for the foreseeable future as more properties lead to more flights booked and the more flights are booked competition brings down the price!
Montenegro
There has been a huge increase in demand for rental property in 2007 (up 140% on 2006). Hollywood stars buying in the area have raised its profile and many investors are following in their footsteps.
